Manhattan Cocktail Recipe  Serves 1
A popular history suggests that the drink originated at the Manhattan Club
in New York City in the early 1870s.
Ingredients: 1/2 oz Italian Sweet Vermouth
2 1/2 oz Canadian Whisky
a cherry
Special Equipment: Shaker
Instructions: Stir Italian Sweet Vermouth and Canadian Whiskey over ice in a shaker and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a cherry.
Alcoholic Cocktail. Serve in a Cocktail glass.
