Eclipse Cocktail Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Sloe Gin
  • 1 oz Gin
  • 4 dashes Grenadine
  • a cherry

    Instructions:

    Place a cherry in the bottom of a glass and cover with grenadine. In a mixing glass combine gin and sloe gin with ice and shake. Strain the gin mixture into a rock glass so it floats on top of the grenadine.
