Eclipse Cocktail Recipe Serves 1
Ingredients: 1.5 oz Sloe Gin
1 oz Gin
4 dashes Grenadine
a cherry
Instructions: Place a cherry in the bottom of a glass and cover with grenadine. In a mixing glass combine gin and sloe gin with ice and shake. Strain the gin mixture into a rock glass so it floats on top of the grenadine.
Alcoholic Cocktail served in a Old-fashioned glass.
