Pineapple Wine Cooler Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 oz Dry White Wine
  • 1 oz Rum /optional/
  • 2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 tsp powdered Sugar
  • soda water to fill
  • a lemon twist

    Instructions:

    Mix Wine, Rum and pineapple juice in a glass, add some sugar. Pour over ice cubes in a highball, frosty glass, fill up with soda. Garnish with a long lemon and an orange twist.
