Pineapple Wine Cooler Recipe  Serves 1
Ingredients: 2 1/2 oz Dry White Wine
1 oz Rum
/optional/
2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 tsp powdered Sugar
soda water to fill
a lemon twist
Instructions: Mix Wine, Rum and pineapple juice in a glass, add some sugar. Pour over ice cubes in a highball, frosty glass, fill up with soda. Garnish with a long lemon and an orange twist.
