Pineapple Fizz Cocktail Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Rum
  • pineapple juice to fill
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • Club soda

    Instructions:

    Mix Rum with juice. Add sugar, shake with ice and strain into a highball glass 1/4 full of ice cubes. Fill with club soda and stir gently. You can garnish with a whipped cream.
