Eggnog - Healthy Cocktail Recipe

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Rum
  • 1/2 oz Eggnog Substitute
  • 1/3 oz Evaporated Skimmed Milk
  • 3/4 oz Skimmed Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp sugar


    Instructions:

    Whip egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum. Mix well. Chill overnight. Serve in a cocktail glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
