Chicago Fizz Cocktail Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Gold Rum
  • 1 oz Port
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • sparkling water

    Instructions:

    Mix all ingredients with water with cracked ice in a shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled Collins glass over ice cubes and fill with sparkling water.
