Chicago Fizz Cocktail Recipe Serves 1
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Gold Rum
1 oz Port
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz sugar
1 egg white
sparkling water
Instructions: Mix all ingredients with water with cracked ice in a shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled Collins glass over ice cubes and fill with sparkling water.
Alcoholic Cocktail served in a Collins glass.
