Yogurt Milkshake Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups low-fat yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 4 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup any frozen fruit

    Special Equipment: Blender


    Instructions:

    Mix all ingredients an a blender, blend until smooth. Serve in a cocktail glass.
