Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat yogurt
1 banana
1/2 cup skim milk
4 tbsp chocolate chips
1/2 cup any frozen fruit
Special Equipment:
Blender
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients an a blender, blend until smooth. Serve in a cocktail glass.
