Cherry Fizz Cocktail Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Kirschwasser
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz superfine sugar
  • sparkling water
  • a cherry

    Instructions:

    Mix Kirschwasser Brandy with juice and sugar in a shaker, shake well. Strain over ice cubes into a chilled glass. Fill with sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with a cherry.
