Cherry Fizz Cocktail Recipe  Serves 1
Ingredients: 2 oz Kirschwasser
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz superfine sugar
sparkling water
a cherry
Instructions: Mix Kirschwasser Brandy with juice and sugar in a shaker, shake well. Strain over ice cubes into a chilled glass. Fill with sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with a cherry.
Alcoholic Cocktail served in a Cocktail glass.
