Tom Collins Cocktail Recipe  Serves 1
Ingredients: 2 oz Gin
1 oz sour mix
1 splash soda water
a cherry or an orange slice
Instructions: Mix Gin and sour mix. Shake well, strain into a Collins glass, and then top with a splash of soda water.
