Cloud 9 Cocktail Recipe  Serves 1
Ingredients: 3 oz Vodka
1 oz Frangelico
1 oz chocolate syrup
coffee
milk
sugar
whipped cream
Special Equipment: Blender
Instructions: Mix all ingredients over ice cubes in a blender until ice is well chopped. Pour into a coffee mug and top with whipped cream.
Alcoholic Blended and Frozen. Serve in a Irish coffee glass.
