Aberdeen Angus Drink Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Scotch Whisky
  • 1 oz Drambuie
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Heather Honey
  • Boiling water

    Instructions:

    Pure lime juice and honey into a heat-proof mug, add a little boiling water, stir until honey is dissolved. Add scotch. Warm Drambuie in a small ladle, ignite, and pour blazing into a glass. Fill with boiling water and stir.
