Brown Cow Cocktail Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
  • 1/4 oz Creme de Menthe
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Ice Cream
  • Chocolate Shavings

    Instructions:

    Mix all ingredients in a blender, blend well at low speed. Pour it into a champagne glass and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
