Brown Cow Cocktail Recipe Serves 1
Ingredients: 1 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
1/4 oz Creme de Menthe
1 scoop Chocolate Ice Cream
Chocolate Shavings
Special Equipment: Blender
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a blender, blend well at low speed. Pour it into a champagne glass and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
Alcoholic Blended and Frozen. Serve in a Champagne flute.
