Kon Tiki Recipe Serves 1
Ingredients: 2 parts Scotch Whiskey
1 part Dark Rum
1 part Cointreau
lemon peel to garnish
Special Equipment: Shaker
Instructions: Mix Scotch Whiskey, Rum and Cointreau in a shaker over ice. Strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon peel
Alcoholic Cocktail. Serve in a Shot glass.
