Cognac Coupling Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Cognac
  • 1 oz Tawny Port
  • 1/2 oz Pernod
  • 3-4 oz dashes bitters
  • lemon juice

    Instructions:

    Mix and shake well all ingredients with ice cubes in a blender. Strain over ice into a rock glass.
