Cognac Coupling Recipe Serves 1
Ingredients: 2 oz Cognac
1 oz Tawny Port
1/2 oz Pernod
3-4 oz dashes bitters
lemon juice
Instructions: Mix and shake well all ingredients with ice cubes in a blender. Strain over ice into a rock glass.
