Cognac Coupling Recipe

Ingredients:

2 oz Cognac

1 oz Tawny Port

1/2 oz Pernod

3-4 oz dashes bitters

lemon juice

Special Equipment: Blender

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients with ice cubes in a blender. Serve over ice into a rock glass.

Alcoholic Blended and Frozen. Serve in a Old-fashioned glass.
