Batida Abaci Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Cachaca
  • 4 oz pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup ice

    Special Equipment: Blender

    Instructions:

    Mix Cachaca pineapple chunks and sugar over ice in a blender. Blend well, pour into a wine glass.
