Batida Abaci Recipe Serves 1
Ingredients: 2 oz Cachaca
4 oz pineapple chunks
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1 cup ice
Special Equipment: Blender
Instructions: Mix Cachaca pineapple chunks and sugar over ice in a blender. Blend well, pour into a wine glass.
Alcoholic Cocktail. Serve in a Wine glass.
