Sidecar Cocktail Recipe Serves 1
The Sidecar is a classic cocktail traditionally made with Cognac or Brandy, orange liqueur:Cointreau, Grand Marnier or another triple sec. It was invented at the end of World War I in either London or Paris and might have gotten its name from an American Army captain who named it after his motorcycle side car.
Ingredients: 1 part Brandy
1 part Triple Sec
juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions: Shake over ice in a shaker and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass .
Alcoholic Cocktail. Serve in a Cocktail glass.
