Frenck Foam Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Kirschwasser
  • 5 oz Dry Sparkling Wine
  • 1 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 scoop orange sherbert

    Instructions:

    Mix Brandy, Kirschwasser, Wine, syrup and bitters in a glass. Float scoop of sherbet on the top.
