Frenck Foam Recipe Serves 1
Ingredients: 1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Kirschwasser
5 oz Dry Sparkling Wine
1 1/2 oz simple syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 scoop orange sherbert
Instructions: Mix Brandy, Kirschwasser, Wine, syrup and bitters in a glass. Float scoop of sherbet on the top.
Alcoholic Cocktail. Serve in a Collins glass.
