Egg Nog Punch Recipe

Serves 50-65

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint Brandy
  • 1 pint Rum
  • 1 1/3 quart milk
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 lb. confectioner's sugar
  • 12 eggs separated
  • nutmeg


    Instructions:

    Beat egg yolks with sugar then stir in slowly: brandy, rum, milk, and cream. Chill. Then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites before serving. Do not beat or stir the whites. Serve in any lowball glass.
