Egg Nog Punch Recipe Serves 50-65 Ingredients: 1 pint Brandy
1 pint Rum
1 1/3 quart milk
1 pint heavy cream
1 lb. confectioner's sugar
12 eggs separated
nutmeg
Instructions: Beat egg yolks with sugar then stir in slowly: brandy, rum, milk, and cream. Chill. Then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites before serving. Do not beat or stir the whites. Serve in any lowball glass.
