Apricot Cooler 1 Recipe Serves 1
Ingredients: 2 oz Apricot Brandy
2 oz Club soda
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
Instructions: First dissolve sugar and club soda in a Collins glass. Stir and fill the glass with cracked ice then add brandy. Pour more soda and stir again. Garnish with an orange peel.
Cocktail served in a Collins glass.
