Sezarac Recipe Serves 1
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Pernod
1/3 oz Angostura Bitters
1/3 oz Peychauds Bitters
1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
Instructions: In an old-fashion glass, mix Bourbon, the sugar syrup, and all bitters. Make a twist of lemon peel, rub firmly around the rim of a glass. Put the Pernod in the glass and swirl it around to coat the bottom. Add the contents of the other glass along with one ice cube.
