Hong Kong Fizz Recipe Serves 1
Ingredients: 1 oz Benedictine
1 oz Gin
1 oz Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
soda water
Instructions: Mix all ingredients except soda over ice in a shaking glass. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish a Maraschino cherry and a lemon slice.
Alcoholic Cocktail. Serve in a Highball glass.
