B&B Collins Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Benedictine
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 5 oz club soda
  • 1 oz sugar syrup

    Instructions:

    Mix Brandy, lemon juice, sugar syrup and club soda into a chilled Collins glass half filled with ice. Sprinkle Benedictine on the top. Garnish with a cherry and a slice of lemon or orange.
