B&B Collins Recipe Serves 1
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Benedictine
1 oz lemon juice
5 oz club soda
1 oz sugar syrup
Instructions: Mix Brandy, lemon juice, sugar syrup and club soda into a chilled Collins glass half filled with ice. Sprinkle Benedictine on the top. Garnish with a cherry and a slice of lemon or orange.
Alcoholic Cocktail. Serve in a Collins glass.
