Ambrosia Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Applejack
  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1 dash Triple Sec
  • juice of one lemon
  • chilled Champagne

    Instructions:

    Mix Applejack, Brandy, Triple sec and lemon juice in a shake, shake well. Pour into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with chilled champagne, stir lightly and serve.
