Sazerac Cocktail Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Rye Whisky
  • 1/4 tsp Anisette
  • dash bitters
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • a lemon peel


    Instructions:

    Mix Rye Whiskey / do not use Bourbon/ and Anise Liqueur / or Pernod /. This drink should be prepared with crushed ice in a shaker and then poured into a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
