Liberal Cocktail Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 oz Vermouth

1 oz Whisky

2-3 dashes Amer Picon

2 dashes bitters

Instructions:

Mix Whiskey, Vermouth, Amer Picon, and bitters in a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a rock glass over ice cubes.

Alcoholic Cocktail. Serve in a Old-fashioned glass.
