Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Amaretto
  • 3/4 oz Creme de Cacao
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • orange slice to garnish

    Special Equipment: Blender

    Instructions:

    Mix Amaretto, Creme de Cacao, ice cream and juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve in a parfait glasses, garnished with an orange slice.
