Rumfustain Drink Recipe Serves 1 Ingredients: 1 cup Ale
2 oz Gin
2 oz Sherry
2 egg yok
1 tsp sugar
lemon peel
ground nutmeg
several cloves
cinnamon stick
Instructions: Beat egg yolks in a bowl with sugar. In a saucepan, bring ale, gin, sherry, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon peel to the boiling point (but do not boil), then pour in egg mixture, stirring briskly with a whisk. Serve in a warmed mug and top with grated nutmeg.
Alcoholic Cocktail. Serve in a Beer mug.
