Absinthe Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Absinthe

1 egg white

1 tsp sugar

lemon twist

Instructions:

Shake in a mixing glass, pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Alcoholic Cocktail. Serve in a Cocktail glass.
