Super Healthy Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
  • 5-6 fresh strawberries, cut
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/3 cup mango juice
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp honey

    Special Equipment: Blender



    Instructions:

    Mix all ingredients in a blender over ice. Blend till smooth. Pour into a tall glass.

    Nonalcoholic Smoothie. Serve in a Highball glass.
