Rich Breakfast Smoothie Recipe Serves 1 Ingredients: 1 banana
1/2 apple
1 kiwi, peeled
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup tofu
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp Aloe Vera Juice
2 tbsp flaxseed oil
Special Equipment: Blender
Instructions: Mix all fruits and soy milk in a blender. Blend till smooth, then add the rest, you can add 1 teaspoon barley grass poeder and blend it again untill well blended. Serve in a tall glass.
Nonalcoholic Smoothie. Serve in a Highball glass.
