Rich Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup tofu
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Aloe Vera Juice
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed oil

    Special Equipment: Blender



    Instructions:

    Mix all fruits and soy milk in a blender. Blend till smooth, then add the rest, you can add 1 teaspoon barley grass poeder and blend it again untill well blended. Serve in a tall glass.

    Nonalcoholic Smoothie. Serve in a Highball glass.
