Power Protein Smoothie Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp chocolate milk syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp dry chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 banana

    Special Equipment: Blender



    Instructions:

    Mix all ingredients over ice in a blender, you can add whey power. Blend and pour into atall glass.

    Nonalcoholic Smoothie. Serve in a Highball glass.
