Power Protein Smoothie Recipe Serves 1 Ingredients: 2 cups milk
2 tbsp chocolate milk syrup
1/2 tbsp dry chocolate pudding mix
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 banana
Special Equipment: Blender
Instructions: Mix all ingredients over ice in a blender, you can add whey power. Blend and pour into atall glass.
