Mango-Mint Smoothie Recipe Serves 1
Blender
Ingredients: 1 mango -peeled, seeded, and diced
2 cups cups plain yogurt
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp freshly ground cardamom
1 tsp freshly ground star anise
1 tbsp lime juice
sprigs fresh mint for garnish
Special Equipment: Blender
Instructions: Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Serve in highball glass. Garnish with mint leaves.
Nonalcoholic Smoothie. Serve in a Highball glass.
