Mango-lemon Smoothie Recipe Serves 1
Blender
Ingredients: 2 cups lemon-flavored yogurt
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup milk
2 cups pureed mango
3 tbsp honey
1 can mango nectar
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
Special Equipment: Blender
Instructions: Mix all ingredients over ice in a blender. Blend till smooth. Serve in a highball glass.
Nonalcoholic Smoothie. Serve in a Highball glass.
