Great Grape Smoothie Recipe Serves 1 Ingredients: 1/2 cup grape juice, chilled
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup frozen seedless red grapes
Special Equipment: Blender
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a blender, blend till smooth and frothy. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
