Egg Nog -Healthy Recipe

Serves 6-7

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Egg substitute
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 13 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp Rum extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tsp sugar


    Instructions:

    Mix egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the milk, vanilla, and rum. Mix well. Leave in a fridge over night. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
