Egg Nog -Healthy Recipe Serves 6-7 Ingredients: 1/2 Egg substitute
3/4 cup milk
13 oz evaporated milk
1 tsp Rum extract
1 tsp vanilla
3 tsp sugar
Instructions: Mix egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the milk, vanilla, and rum. Mix well. Leave in a fridge over night. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Nonalcoholic Blended and Frozen. Serve in a Pitcher.
