Easy Mango Smoothie Recipe Serves 1 Ingredients: 2 cups plain whole milk yogurt
3 mangoes - peeled, seeded, and chopped
4 teaspoons sugar
1 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
Special Equipment: Blender
Instructions: Mix the yogurt, milk, mangoes, sugar, and cardamom into a blender and blend about 2 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve sprinkled with a little ground cardamom.
Nonalcoholic Smoothie. Serve in a Highball glass.
