Berry Breakfast Recipe Serves 1 Ingredients: 1/2 cup backberries
1/2 oz Blueberries
1/2 oz Strawberries
1 carrot
1 cup low milk
1 cup cranberry or pomegranate
Special Equipment: Blender
Instructions: Blend all ingredients over ice in a blender and serve in a tall galss.
Alcoholic Smoothie. Serve in a Highball glass.
