Banana Breakfast Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups fat free skim or 1% low fat milk
  • 1 peeled frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • cinnamon for garnish

    Special Equipment: Blender


    Instructions:

    Mix all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with ground cinnamon.
