Banana Breakfast Recipe Serves 2 Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups fat free skim or 1% low fat milk
1 peeled frozen banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
cinnamon for garnish
Special Equipment: Blender
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with ground cinnamon.
Nonalcoholic Blended and Frozen. Serve in a Irish coffee glass.
